Oasis-Shield Return Policy

At Oasis-Shield, we prioritize our customers and strive to provide the best quality products and a seamless experience. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If there is a problem with the item you received, we will make every effort to address and resolve it to your satisfaction.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@oasis-shield.com. In the event of our mistake, please take pictures of the defective or incorrect item and attach them to the initial email, along with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are unique and have been manufactured specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

Refunds will not be issued if you fail to provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that all shipping expenses for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your Oasis-Shield eyewear, and they will provide you with a returns slip and instructions for sending the product back, free of charge. We want you to find the perfect pair for your unique face, so feel free to explore our eyewear line, knowing that returns are easy if needed.

Returned products must be unused and sent back to us in their original packaging.

To avoid any misunderstandings, please label the packaging with “RETURNED ITEM.”
